Services

Here, you can find some information about the services I offer.

Please note that a small additional cost may occur depending on how far I'll need to travel to see you. I always ask prospective clients to contact me in writing first, either by email or the Contact page on the website. This allows me to confirm the type of service I believe is most suitable for your dog, and the specific cost involved.

Please also note that if your dog's issue is one that occurs outside of the home (e.g. lead-reactivity, recall, or other on-lead issues), it is likely that we will spend a good chunk of our time together at an appropriate outdoor location. This is so their behaviour can be observed and handled in real-time.

One-to-one behaviour consultations

£160 for a 2 hour consultation, plus a one hour review session

These consultations aim to tackle behaviour-related issues, such as human or dog-directed aggression, fearfulness and phobias, separation anxiety, resource guarding, and more. Together, we will explore what could be underlying your dog's issue, create a therapy plan to improve their well-being and practice the required techniques.

The £160 cost gets you:
 - an initial consultation of 2+ hours
 - a 1 hour review session a few weeks later*
  - a personalised therapy plan and write-up of what was discussed
 - aftercare support via email or phone as needed.

*If further review sessions are required, these are charged at £50 per hour.

Dog walking

I also have some availability for morning or lunchtime dog walks. I tend to walk smaller dogs in groups of five or less. I specialise in dogs that are more on the shy side, such as those that haven't coped well in larger walking groups or at day care facilities. I can also offer individual walks on a limited basis.

Rates for group dog walks start at £13 for an hour's walk, although price may vary depending on your location. Individual walks are priced depending on the specific needs of your dog, location, length of walk required, etc. Please get in touch with your requirements for a specific quote.

I've been dog walking since before I gained my qualifications as a behaviourist, and work in conjunction with my family's pet care service business, Faithful Friends Pet Care Services which has been established since 2011. If I am unavailable to walk your dog, my mum or stepdad may be able to help.

Please get in touch with me directly or visit www.faithful-friends.co.uk (note: website currently under construction) to learn more about our services.
